BUNGEE PHYSIO offers an extensive Bungee Fitness Instructor Training program. Over the past eight years, we have successfully trained thousands of Bungee instructors, drawing upon the robust training and knowledge base established by our founder, a qualified physiotherapist.
All instructors who successfully complete the examination will be awarded an international instructor certificate from the Bungee Physio headquarters. They will also be granted access to the Bungee Physio intranet, enabling them to participate in various refresher courses and continious learning specifically designed for certified instructors.

Safety Issues and Equipment Management
Basic bungee skill movement (67 skills in total)
Class demo and class plan arrangement

Common foot diseases
Connection between Foot to core
Significance of range of motion (ROM)
Clinical meaning of the Bungee movement
Approach to rehabilitation
