It is an original Korean Bungee fitness exercise
It is a set of Bungee fitness exercises based on correct body movements.
It's not just a movement-focused exercise method, but lets you know the meaning of every movement.
This is a fun sport for men and women of all ages.
In South Korea, there are more than 300 studios teaching Bungee Physio fitness, and more than 1,000 Bungee Physio instructors. Overseas studios are distributed in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
The instructor Tracy Cheung from CHI'S Therapy was introduced Bungee Physio to Hong Kong from South Korea. The first Hong Kong instructor who went to Korea and taught by Jongpil.Park in person. Tracy Cheung is a senior Pilates/fitness and different sports coach. She has many years of teaching experience and has multiple Instructor License and Certificate.
